Is there an agency fee?
No. You pay the first month's rent and move in. No commission, ever.
What do I need to move in?
Your Emirates ID or passport, and the first month's rent. We handle the rest.
Are bills included?
Most rooms include electricity, water and wifi. Every listing says exactly what is included.
Can I keep my room when I visit home?
Yes. After 6 months you can hold your room for one month a year for a small fee, and come back to the same bed.
How fast can I move in?
